Soft Spot is a series of manipulated quilt remnants and found photographs that are held together by wool. The action of felting the wool to the quilt is the only material holding the ephemera in place. Each iteration combines specific imagery with specific patterns, responding to the style of textiles, weathering and size of remnant. This is an ongoing practice of mending and manipulating materials.
